Refund and Returns Policy – Zeus Transportation

At Zeus Transportation, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any return made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact page on the website.

Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you're returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
